Goods can only be returned if they are in unused saleable condition. The customer is responsible to ensure that all items including parts and accessories are returned in original box and packaging. If any shortages are found, we reserve the right to make appropriate deductions from refund.
If you decide to return/exchange an item, please email us on sales@westendbeds.co.uk to request a returns authorisation reference within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Once we have issued the authorisation reference, you must ensure that goods are returned within 5 working days of receiving the returns authorisation reference from us.
You must check the goods thoroughly prior to accepting delivery. If any kind of error, shortage or damage is found, you must not accept delivery and contact us as soon as possible. By signing for the goods, you are confirming that goods are delivered undamaged. We will not accept any claims once goods have been signed for. We will only issue refunds and exchanges upon our receipt and inspection of goods and may take up to 28 days to process. |
