Once orders have been despatched, we provide tracked details at the end of each working day. Orders with cleared payments received before 2pm on a working day will be processed on the same day. We endeavour to despatch items within a couple of hours.
If we are unable to offer next day delivery on any product, we will email you and advise. Also if we are unable to despatch any item on the same day, we will email accordingly.
Goods will only be despatched to verified addresses, as confirmed by our payment processor. When placing your order, please ensure that a correct phone number is entered so that the couriers could ring you where necessary and in order to facilitate delivery. If a delivery attempt is made and no one is in to accept the package, the couriers will leave a card stating that they had attempted a delivery. You can contact them and arrange a redelivery or collect the goods from your nearest depot.
Our shipping charges are simple and competitive. Bedsteads are delivered for only £29.00 while mattresses are delivered free. We only ship items to mainland UK
Courier will return the order back to us if you do not accept delivery or if they (“the courier”) do not hear from you within 5 days of attempting to deliver the goods. You will be responsible for paying the full shipment costs including the costs incurred by us in returning the Goods back to the warehouse. The amounts will be deducted from the total you paid us before a refund is issued. This will also be applicable should you decide to exchange goods.
